"Casa Toni" a Villasimius, nella Sardegna sud-orientale:
una piscina privata di 10 metri, un giardino con piante sarde e agrumi e numerose splendide spiagge nelle vicinanze: cosa si può desiderare di più? L'appartamento per vacanze "Casa Toni" è stato costruito di recente nell'estate 2024 e fa parte del tranquillo complesso residenziale "Agorà". Dispone di aria condizionata, Wi-Fi e parcheggio gratuito. La cucina è modernamente attrezzata e include una macchina da caffè. Asciugamani e lenzuola sono inclusi.

Arredamento:
l'appartamento di 80 m² si trova al primo piano di una casa bifamiliare. Colpisce per i suoi arredi di alta qualità. Dall'ampio balcone ombreggiato, potrete godervi la vista del tramonto mentre cenate. L'appartamento dispone di due camere da letto con letti matrimoniali (160 cm di larghezza). Entrambe le camere sono dotate di TV. Nell'ampio soggiorno, il divano può essere convertito in un comodo letto per una o due persone aggiuntive. Ci sono due bagni con luce naturale e docce, le cui piastrelle turchesi e decorate riflettono lo stile sardo. La cucina e il soggiorno sono open space. I lampadari sottolineano il carattere elegante dell'appartamento. Gli ospiti possono rinfrescarsi nella piscina, condivisa con gli inquilini del piano terra. Due docce esterne e lettini in un'area coperta invitano al relax. L'ampio balcone è un luogo meraviglioso per godersi il tramonto e una cena in tutta tranquillità.

I proprietari:
Yvonne e Bernardo sono originari della Germania meridionale e italiani per scelta. La loro "Casa Toni" è stata costruita di recente nell'estate del 2024 ed è arredata con grande attenzione ai dettagli.

Spiagge da sogno:
Villasimius e le sue spiagge incantano con il loro fascino caraibico sulla punta sud-orientale della Sardegna: a sinistra e a destra della soleggiata riserva naturale di Capo Carbonara, si susseguono baie turchesi come Cala Giunco, la spiaggia di Campulongu e la spiaggia di Punta Molentis. Questa serie di splendide spiagge rende questo tratto di costa uno dei più belli della Sardegna per gli amanti del nuoto e degli sport acquatici.

La città di Villasimius:
Con una popolazione di 3.700 abitanti, offre una vasta gamma di opportunità sportive, una vita notturna alla moda e una cultura antica. Questo antico villaggio di pescatori, situato sulla punta sud-orientale della Sardegna, dista poco più di un'ora dal capoluogo, Cagliari, dove si trova un aeroporto ben collegato. L'appartamento per vacanze "Casa Toni" fa parte del tranquillo e centrale complesso residenziale "Agorà". Dista solo 3 km dalla spiaggia locale, molto pulita e ben tenuta. A pochi passi si trovano tre supermercati ben forniti ("Conad", a 270 m; Coop, a 260 m; Eurospin, a 600 m). Anche il mercato settimanale del sabato è a soli 2 minuti a piedi. Qui troverete un'ampia varietà di prodotti tipici sardi, oltre a abbigliamento e articoli per la casa.

"Casa Toni" besitzt einen eigenen Pool von 10 m Länge, einen kleinen Garten mit sardischen Pflanzen & Zitrusbäumen und im Umkreis von 5 bis 15 Autominuten befinden sich viele Traumstrände: was will man mehr? „Casa Toni“ wurde im Sommer 2024 neu gebaut und mit viel Liebe zum Detail eingerichtet. Es ist Teil der ruhig gelegenen Wohnanlage AGORA. Die Wohnung ist bestens klimatisiert und besitzt Kaffemaschine (Kapseln), Waschmaschine, schnelles WLAN sowie einen kostenfreien Parkplatz. Die Küche ist modern und mit vielen Geräten ausgestattet. Handtücher und Bettwäsche werden zur Verfügung gestellt. Wir - die Vermieter Yvonne und Bernardo kommen aus Süddeutschland. Wir sind von Beruf Einrichtungsprofis und haben unser "Casa Toni" dementsprechend liebevoll eingerichtet. Seit ein paar Jahren sind wir Wahl-Italiener und erfreuen uns an der Sonne Sardiniens.

Die Ausstattung:
die 80 m2 große Ferienwohnung liegt im 1. Stock eines 2-Familienhauses gelegen. Sie besticht durch ihre hochwertige Ausstattung. Auf dem großen, schattigen Balkon lässt sich beim Abendessen der Blick auf den Sonnenuntergang genießen. Die Wohnung verfügt über 2 Schlafzimmer mit Queensize-Doppelbetten (160 m breit). Beide Zimmer sind mit einem Fernseher ausgestattet. Im geräumigen Wohnzimmer lässt sich das Sofa so ausziehen, wo ein bis zwei weitere Personen bequem schlafen können. Es gibt 2 Tageslicht Dusch-Bäder, die durch ihre türkisfarbenen sowie gemusterten Kacheln den sardischen Stil aufgreifen. Küche und Wohnzimmer sind offen gestaltet. Die Kronleuchter unterstreichen den edlen Charakter der Ferienwohnung. Abkühlung findet man im Pool, der gemeinsam mit den Bewohnern des Erdgeschosses geteilt wird. Dort gibt es zwei Freiluftduschen sowie Liegen, die in einem überdachten Bereich stehen, und zum Relaxen einladen. Auf dem großen Balkon kann man wunderbar den Sonnenuntergang genießen und gemütlich zu Abend essen.

Die Traumstrände:
Villasimius und seine Strände bezaubern an der Südostspitze Sardiniens mit karibischem Flair. Links und rechts des sonnenverwöhnten Schutzgebietes Capo Carbonara reihen sich türkisblaue Buchten wie die Cala Giunco, die Spiaggia Campulongu, Spiaggia Simius oder der Strand von Punta Molentis aneinander. Die Perlenkette von atemberaubenden Stränden machen den Küstenabschnitt für Bade- und Wassersportfans zu einem der schönsten Sardiniens.

Die Stadt Villasimius:
sie hat 3.700 Einwohner und bietet vielfältigste Sportmöglichkeiten, hippes Nachtleben und alte Kultur. Das ehemalige Fischerdorf am südöstlichen Zipfel Sardiniens liegt nur eine gute Stunde von der Hauptstadt Cagliari entfernt, wo es einen Flughafen mit guten Verbindungen gibt. Die Ferienwohnung "Casa Toni" gehört zur ruhigen, zentrumsnahen Wohnanlage "Agorà". Sie ist nur 3 km vom örtlichen Strand Simius entfernt, welcher sehr sauber und gepflegt ist. Fußläufig gibt es drei gut sortierte Supermärkte ("Conad", 270 m; Coop, 260 m; Eurospin, 600 m ). Zum Wochenmarkt am Samstag sind es ebenfalls nur 2 Minuten zu Fuß. Dort gibt es eine große Vielzahl an regionalen sardischen Produkten sowie Kleidung und Haushaltsartikel.

The "Casa Toni" holiday apartment was newly built in summer 2024 and is part of the quiet "Agorà" residence. It features air conditioning, free Wi-Fi, and free parking. The kitchen is modernly equipped and includes a coffee machine. Towels and bed linens are provided. We - Yvonne and Bernardo, are originally from Germany. We are interior design professionals and have lovingly furnished our "Casa Toni" accordingly. We have been Italian by choice for a few years now and enjoy the sun in Sardinia.

Interior and ambiente:
the 80 m² apartment is located on the first floor of a two-family house. It impresses with its high-quality furnishings. From the large, shaded balcony, you can enjoy the view of the sunset while having dinner. The apartment has two bedrooms with queen-size beds (160 cm wide). Both rooms are equipped with a TV. In the spacious living room, the sofa can be converted to comfortably sleep one or two additional people. There are two natural light bathrooms with showers, whose turquoise and patterned tiles reflect the Sardinian style. The kitchen and living room are open-plan. The chandeliers underline the elegant character of the apartment. Guests can cool off in the pool, which is shared with the residents on the ground floor. There are two outdoor showers and loungers in a covered area, inviting you to relax. The large balcony is a wonderful place to enjoy the sunset and enjoy a leisurely dinner.

The dream beaches:
Villasimius and its beaches enchant with a Caribbean flair on the southeastern tip of Sardinia: To the left and right of the sun-drenched Capo Carbonara nature reserve, turquoise bays such as Cala Giunco, Spiaggia Campulongu, and Punta Molentis beach are lined up. This string of breathtaking beaches makes this stretch of coast one of Sardinia's most beautiful for swimming and water sports enthusiasts.

Within walking distance are three well-stocked supermarkets ("Conad", 270 m; Coop, 260 m; Eurospin, 600 m). The weekly Saturday market is also just a 2-minute walk away. There you will find a wide variety of regional Sardinian products, as well as clothing and household items.
